나에게 찰떡같이 잘 맞는 이미지, 어떻게 만들면 좋을까요?

<span style="color:#000000">**KBS 김지원 아나운서가 들려주는**</span> **채용시즌 대비 이미지 메이킹 AtoZ!<span>&nbsp;</span>** 안녕하세요 3분 지원입니다. 오늘은 채용시즌을 맞아 면접장에서 ‘나만의 이미지메이킹을 어떻게 할것인가’를 살펴보려고 하는데요. 사실 저도 면접을 수십차례 보면서 ‘실제로 우수한지’ 만큼이나 중요한 게 ‘내가 우수해보이는 인재인지’ 이구나를 느꼈어요. 사실 필기전형이 끝나고나면 어느 기업을 막론하고 면접장에서 그 사람이 보여준 이미지가 당락에 아주 큰 영향을 미치는데요. 나에게 찰떡같이 잘 맞는 이미지, 어떻게 만들면 좋을까요? **1. 시각적 이미지(의상&헤어스타일)** 가장 먼저 의상과 헤어스타일링입니다. 여기에 대한 질문이 정말 많이 들어왔는데, 보통 그럴 때 저는 한번 작정하고 취업용 증명사진을 찍으러 가면서 면접을 위한 의상셀렉용 프로필 사진도 간단하게 찍어보라고 권해요. 웜톤 옷 하나, 쿨톤 옷 하나, 혹은 무채색을 입는 업종은 비즈가 들어간 화사한 느낌하나, 딱 칼각에 심플모던하나, 머리를 묶은거, 깔끔하게 푼거, 흑발, 자연갈색 머리 등등 이런것들을 극과 극으로 한 두차례 찍어서 사진으로 나온 결과물들을 비교해보는거죠. 그리고 그 다음이 핵심인데요! 코칭을 하면서 정말 놀랐던 게, 요즘 젊은 친구들과 면접관 세대가 ‘예쁘다, 괜찮다’ 라고 느끼는 스타일의 차이가 꽤 나더라구요. 요즘 유행이 레트로라서 그런지 우리 젊은 친구들에게는 신선하고 멋스럽게 느껴지는 어떤 것이, 어른들이 보시기에는 ‘아니! 우리가 젊었을 때 입었던 저런 나팔바지 정장을!’ 하면서 놀랄 수도 있는거죠. 또 나는 화장을 좀 인위적으로하더라도 더 예쁘게 보이는 쪽이 좋다고 생각하지만 오히려 덜 노련해 보여도 풋풋한 사회초년생의 이미지를 더 선호하는 곳도 많거든요. 일단 면접은 윗 세대와의 자리니까, 앞서 말씀드린 테스트 사진 결과물들을 면접관 나이 쯤되는 부모님이나 사진 찍어주신 사진사 분 등등 그 연령대의 주변 분들에게 의견을 구해서 제일 잘 어울리면서도 단정하다라는 평을 받는 스타일링을 찾길 추천합니다. **- Detail** 보통 키가 작은 사람은 목이 높이 올라오지 않는 상의, 카라 없이 쇄골 밑에서부터 디테일이 시작되는 자켓을, 얼굴이 길거나 목이 긴 사람은 상대적으로 머리 옆쪽을 띄워주는 묶음 머리를, 얼굴이 동그란 분들은 위쪽 볼륨을 최대한 살려서 시각적으로 늘려주는 보완을 할 수가 있습니다. 이런것들을 정한 다음에 꼭 면접전에 실전처럼 구현하고 셀프 카메라로 영상을 찍으면서 준비한 예상질문에 하나하나 대답을 해 돌려보고, 고칠 점들을 수정해나가는 시뮬레이션 작업으로 완성도를 높이길 꼭 추천합니다. **2. 콘텐츠 이미지(스피치&캐릭터)** 연애도 너무 나한테 간절한 사람은 매력이 떨어지잖아요. 학교 다닐 때도 어떤 선생님은 정말 쏙쏙 잘 가르쳐주시는데 어떤 선생님이 얘기하면 잠이 먼저오고 이런 게 있잖아요. 그냥 간절하고 긴장해서 교과서적인 답만 읊어대면 합격률이 떨어집니다. 일단 목소리 톤은 가능한 선에서 우렁차면서도 가볍지 않게, 밝은 표정을 유지하는건 기본이구요. <span>그럼&nbsp;이제&nbsp;나를&nbsp;어떻게&nbsp;그들&nbsp;뇌리에&nbsp;박히게&nbsp;할&nbsp;수&nbsp;있을까?&nbsp;가장&nbsp;중요한&nbsp;건&nbsp;듣는&nbsp;면접관의&nbsp;“공감”을&nbsp;얻는겁니다.&nbsp;그럴만한&nbsp;흥미로운&nbsp;시간을&nbsp;만들어야하는거죠.&nbsp;캐릭터라이징이&nbsp;일단&nbsp;필요한데요.&nbsp;캐릭터는&nbsp;내가&nbsp;되고싶은&nbsp;사람&nbsp;말고,&nbsp;지금의&nbsp;내&nbsp;모습을&nbsp;표현해야&nbsp;성공률이&nbsp;올라갑니다.&nbsp;1)&nbsp;솔직하고&nbsp;당참-이건&nbsp;저의&nbsp;목표&nbsp;캐릭터였는데,&nbsp;똑단발&nbsp;하고&nbsp;가서&nbsp;제가&nbsp;목청도&nbsp;꽤나&nbsp;크니까&nbsp;그런&nbsp;태도로&nbsp;압박질문이나&nbsp;위기상황에&nbsp;의연한&nbsp;캐릭터를&nbsp;보여드리려고&nbsp;어필을&nbsp;했죠.&nbsp;저희&nbsp;최근&nbsp;신입&nbsp;중에&nbsp;한&nbsp;명은&nbsp;모두가&nbsp;풀메에&nbsp;정장을&nbsp;입고&nbsp;오는&nbsp;사장면접에&nbsp;민낯에&nbsp;청바지차림으로&nbsp;들어갔대요.&nbsp;엄청난&nbsp;도전이긴한데,&nbsp;본인은&nbsp;그게&nbsp;더&nbsp;예쁘니까.&nbsp;그리고&nbsp;평소에도&nbsp;굉장히&nbsp;잘&nbsp;웃는데,&nbsp;이&nbsp;깨끗하고&nbsp;싱그러운&nbsp;강점에다&nbsp;그걸&nbsp;뒷바침해줄&nbsp;자기만의&nbsp;창의적인&nbsp;에피소드들을&nbsp;풀어서&nbsp;1명&nbsp;뽑는데&nbsp;최종합격을&nbsp;했죠.&nbsp;&nbsp;2)&nbsp;민첩하고&nbsp;꼼꼼함&nbsp;3)&nbsp;친화력이&nbsp;좋고&nbsp;리더십이&nbsp;있음.&nbsp;이런걸&nbsp;면접관들이&nbsp;공감할&nbsp;수&nbsp;있게&nbsp;구현해내는&nbsp;총알이&nbsp;바로&nbsp;앞선&nbsp;영상에서&nbsp;설명해드렸던&nbsp;나만의&nbsp;킬러콘텐츠,&nbsp;나만의&nbsp;성취&nbsp;에피소드들이거든요.&nbsp;이런&nbsp;내&nbsp;경험을&nbsp;이야기&nbsp;할&nbsp;때는&nbsp;나도&nbsp;자신감이&nbsp;생겨서&nbsp;조금&nbsp;더&nbsp;인간적인&nbsp;표정과&nbsp;매력들이&nbsp;나와요.&nbsp;그럼&nbsp;그&nbsp;면접관들이&nbsp;나가서&nbsp;서로&nbsp;토의할&nbsp;때&nbsp;이렇게&nbsp;부를&nbsp;게&nbsp;생기는거에요.&nbsp;그&nbsp;‘민낯으로&nbsp;온&nbsp;친구’,&nbsp;‘실패해본&nbsp;적&nbsp;없다는&nbsp;당당한&nbsp;친구’&nbsp;재밌더라&nbsp;괜찮더라&nbsp;네이밍을&nbsp;할&nbsp;수도&nbsp;있어지는거죠.&nbsp;가장&nbsp;나를&nbsp;잘&nbsp;드러낼&nbsp;수&nbsp;있는&nbsp;성향적&nbsp;캐릭터를&nbsp;딱&nbsp;정하시고&nbsp;그에&nbsp;맞는&nbsp;압박/인성질문&nbsp;대답과&nbsp;스피치&nbsp;이미지를&nbsp;구현해서&nbsp;면접관들의&nbsp;‘공감’을&nbsp;얻어낼&nbsp;수&nbsp;있다면&nbsp;성공적인&nbsp;면접에&nbsp;한걸음&nbsp;더&nbsp;다가갈&nbsp;수&nbsp;있으리라&nbsp;생각합니다!</span> 글·영상 KBS 김지원 아나운서
